ENSURING  A SAFE, HEALTHY AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT

The implementation of a policy that promotes a safe environment for our employees when performing their work is an integrated part of the general policy in Héli-Union. A strong preventive policy on alcohol and drug is one of them. Indeed, consumption of alcohol and drugs is one of the factors that can negatively influence the safety, health and well-being of our employees.

With our type of business activities, we face serious risks every day. Thus, in order to avoid any possible accidents due to the use of alcohol and drugs, we regularly perform complete medical check-up which includes random drug and alcohol consumption test in all of our bases from Europe, Africa and Asia. Our business culture requires a preventive policy, together with a zero tolerance for consumption of alcohol and drugs within the work environment, or for arrival to work under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
